The field preparation and care of our clients’ trophies is a TOP priority at AfriVenture Safaris. Trophies have to undergo a Dip & Pack process to be shipped raw to your taxidermist in the USA for mounting.
There are very strict conditions that we have to adhere to in order to export trophies raw- unmounted. They have to be completely dried, hygienic, bleached and professionally treated. This is called the Dip Pack process.
They can also be mounted in South Africa prior to shipping by a taxidermist of your choice, we use Universal Trophy Services Rupert & Karl Dedekind for both services. www.universaltrophyservices.co.za
